Texts by Italo Calvino,

Alejandro Jodorovski

and Fernando Pessoa.

Our raw material was Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities, a poetic expedition to the borders of cities too wondrous to describe. These distant lands with their impossible colors, scents, and architectures, assembled and disassembled in turn, enlightened us on our pathway.

An Ariadne’s thread that is at once literary, dramatic, choreographic and musical. Living sketches of dreamed journeys…

The aim is to deterritorialize and combine the various practices, talents and expertise of all the artists participating in this project: three dancers, three singers, four actors and five instrumentalists (piano, oboe, bassoon, trumpet, trombone, percussion).

"The world is perhaps nothing more than a zodiac of the mind's phantasmagoria."
- Italo Calvino
