Στάχτες χωρίς φωτιά / Ashes of no Fire

Created at the ancient theater of the Milos island (Greece) on May 31st and June 1st, 2022.

In a not too distant future, the visible and invisible war had already devastated what was left of a country turned into ashes.

In a not too distant future, the visible and invisible war had already devastated what was left of a country turned into ashes. Condemned to wandering with no date or point of completion, nameless beings, deported from their own lives – Odysseus without Ithaca –  strolled with no aim from one place to another. As their only heritage they carry the fragile borders of their bodies and the dust of their paths stagnated in their voices and souls. Nothing held them anymore. Nothing bothered them no more. From that moment on, everything was possible.

Στο όχι και τόσο μακρινό μέλλον, ο πόλεμος, ορατός και αόρατος, είχε τελειώσει καταστρέφοντας ό,τι λίγο είχε απομείνει από μια χώρα που ήταν ήδη στάχτη. Καταδικασμένα σε μια περιπλάνηση χωρίς ημερομηνία ή ακριβές σημείο ολοκλήρωσης, ανώνυμα όντα, εξορισμένα από τη ζωή τους, Οδυσσέας χωρίς Ιθάκη, πήγαν από το πουθενά στο πουθενά με μόνη κληρονομιά τα εύθραυστα όρια του σώματός τους και τη σκόνη των μονοπατιών που συσσωρεύτηκαν στις φωνές και στις ψυχές τους. Τίποτα δεν τους κρατούσε πίσω. Τίποτα δεν τους ενοχλούσε πια. Τώρα όλα είναι δυνατά.
